The company develops, manages and lets commercial office space in three sites across the city.  LMM have also just launched CityQuarters, and exciting and innovative approach to maximising revenue and capital value for owners and managers of apartments in the city.  The new brand represents the serviced apartment side of the business and during 2008-09 the company is planning to expand its serviced apartment operation to 5 key business cities to better serve its clients.

Under the direction of the chief executive, the Graduate Apprentice will be involved in all aspects of the business, giving an excellent insight into the commercial and residential property market.  During the four month placement, the Apprentice will be involved in the expansion of the CityQuarters brand across the country, sales and account management for the client base, as well as being involved with the day to day operations of LMM’s serviced apartments and offices.
